Our titanium and titanium alloy round bars are engineered for high-performance applications across chemical processing, medical implants, and power generation. They combine low density, exceptional corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent biocompatibility.
Commercially Pure (CP) Grades – TA1, TA2, TA3, TA4 (ASTM Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4)
These CP titanium bars offer outstanding corrosion resistance, good formability, and weldability. They are ideal for general-purpose uses such as chemical equipment, marine components, and medical implants. Strength increases from Gr1 to Gr4, while all grades remain cost‑effective compared to alloys.
TA6, TA7, TA15, TA19 (e.g., ASTM Ti6242)
These titanium alloy bars deliver significantly higher strength than CP grades while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance. They perform well at elevated temperatures and are widely used in oil & gas downhole hardware, and power generation turbines. Good weldability makes them suitable for complex fabricated parts.
TC1, TC4, TC4ELI (ASTM Gr23)
TC4 (similar to Gr5) is the most widely used titanium alloy, offering an outstanding strength‑to‑weight ratio, good fracture toughness, and superior weldability. TC4ELI (ASTM Gr23) is an extra‑low interstitial version with improved ductility and biocompatibility, making it the top choice for surgical implants, medical instruments, and high‑performance racing or aerospace components.
Note on Pricing
CP titanium round bars are generally more affordable, while alloy grades command a premium due to additional alloying elements and enhanced mechanical properties. Actual prices vary significantly with diameter, length, order quantity, supplier, and raw material market conditions. Please contact us for a current quotation based on your specific requirements.
